They have so many hearty sandwiches. I have so far tried the chicken apple brie and the ham cran apple and they both were so filling and flavorful! And the buns are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. You can pair your sandwich with soup and their soups are all good too. They are for sure a hidden gem in Cranbrook. Can't wait to go back and try their other sandwiches!
Vacationing from the States and Dash was recommended by employees at Garrick Sports. Spot On!! Sandwiches were massive, moist and tasty. NO scrimping on meat here. The Ham, Brie, Apricot was stuffed thick with thin sliced ham. Not possible to eat without dripping apricot sauce. Amazing meal. Soups were OK. Had the beef veggie and shared a chicken veggie barley. These did not shine like the sandwiches but were filling for a cold spring day. Atmosphere is very casual and comfortable. Inadequate indoor seating and chilly outside on the picnic tables. Take out might be the best option but all the parking is metered.
This place has great atmosphere love finding a place that doesn’t play the radio, also their seating is nice and cozy. They are alway quick with my order and their portions sizes are big and reasonably priced! I make sure to recommend Dash Eatery to all my friends and to whoever is reading this review.
What a great place for lunch. The buns are home made and they are very generous with the meat. If I have a cup of soup I end up taking 1/2 of my sandwulich home.
Buffalo chicken melt is delicious . Family owned, with a traditional atmosphere, all the cinnamon rolls and buns are made from scratch - so delicious! Perfect place for a tasty treat or a yummy warm lunch.
It's a blink and you miss it kind of place. Glad we didn't miss it. Great sandwiches and soup. A nice dog friendly patio.
Dash eatery has the most amazing sandwiches… memorable in fact. All the fillings are uniquely prepared with delicious melted cheese and grilled cold meats. There are vegan options too. At first I was worried about finding a gluten-free option, but there are homemade soups, potato salad, and you can ask for the sandwich ingredients to be prepared without the bun which they package in a lovely little box. If you don’t know the town you will drive down 12th Ave and not be able to locate the eatery. Just look for the green hedge and you will find, a heritage house behind the green hedge and a lovely patio with picnic tables.
Absolutely my new favorite place for lunch! Gourmet sandwiches and amazing soups! This place will blow your mind.. My favorite is the Alabama Chicken sandwich!! Even though there are so many amazing choices to choose from! They also put on daily specials! This place should be on, 'You gotta eat here!!'
